Cancellation And Modification Policy

At Mamaya Villas, we understand that plans can change, and our policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the details below to understand our terms:

1. General Policy

All cancellation and modification requests must be made in writing via email to contact@mamayavillas.com or by phone +63 968 392 8928. The date the request is received will be the effective date of the cancellation or modification.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 Days Before Arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
  • 30 to 60 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 30 Days Before Arrival: No refund will be issued.
  • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged, with no refunds provided.

3. Modification Policy

Changes to your reservation are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. If the available room rate is lower than the original booking, no refunds will be issued. Please contact us promptly if you need to modify your reservation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Mamaya Villas is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, flight delays, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. For exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or medical emergencies), please reach out to discuss potential options.

5. Insurance Recommendation

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or modification.

6. Refund Processing

For credit card payments, refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Mamaya Villas is not responsible for currency exchange rate differences or additional fees charged by banks.

7. Third-Party Bookings

For reservations made through OTAs, the cancellation and modification policies of the respective platform apply. Please refer to their terms and conditions at the time of booking.
