Welcome to Mamaya Villas! Thank you for choosing us as your home on the beautiful island of El Nido. We aim to make your stay enjoyable, so please reach out to us if you need assistance.


  1. Breakfast
    Breakfast Served à la carte from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM in the room, please place order on/before 8:00 pm a day before. A menu will be available inside the villa. (₱500 per person)

  1. Shuttle Service
    Shuttle service to El Nido town is available from 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM, operating hourly on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book at the Front Desk or call +63 968 392 8928 (available on WhatsApp ).
  • El Nido Town/ Ferry port (15 min) : PHP 1500 (1-3 persons)
  • Lio Airport (5 min) : PHP 1000 (1-4 persons)
  • Puerto Princesa Airport- El Nido Town (5-6 h) : PHP 700/persons
  • Private Van from Puerto Princessa : PHP 8000

  1. Power Supply
    Electric current is 220 volts. Electricity. Power interruptions are common in El Nido. El Nido has electricity, but power outages are common, especially during typhoons, High Season or maintenance work. We recommend bringing a power bank or extra batteries for your devices. At Mamaya Villa, we prioritize sustainability and environmental responsibility. Please note that our generator may occasionally experience interruptions due to maintenance, but we strive to provide power when possible during outages.

  1. Water and Air Conditioning
    Due to occasional water shortages, water pressure may be low, and water may appear murky briefly after resuming. To maintain cool temperatures, please close doors and curtains, especially midday.
    Please note that in El Nido, water supply can be affected during power outages, and there may be times when water availability is limited. We appreciate your understanding and recommend conserving water when possible.

  1. Internet Access
    Free WiFi is provided, with connectivity supported by Starlink and other providers. Temporary interruptions may occur.

  1. Towel and Linen Reuse
    To support the environment, please reuse towels when possible. Do not use towel outside of villas; do not using bath towels for island activities. Loosing Towel will be charged in accordance with the price list PHP 4,000 .

  1. Insects and Wildlife
    El Nido is home to geckos and occasional flying insects, especially around the full moon. These are harmless and usually attracted to lights; we advise keeping doors closed. Additionally, as we are surrounded by nature, you may encounter insects during your stay. We do our best to keep the villa pest-free, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed to minimize their presence.

  1. Front Desk and Room Services
    • Room Service: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Housekeeping: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

  1. Care of Villa and Amenities
    We ask that you take care of the suite and property items. Safety boxes are provided for valuables.

  1. Generator Usage Policy
    -For short-term power interruptions, the generator can operate continuously to ensure your comfort.
    -For long-term use, the generator requires two daily rest periods to maintain good performance and prevent technical issues. It will be turned off from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
