Vaccination Requirements
Only vaccinated cats and dogs are permitted as pets. Proof of valid vaccination is required upon check-in.
Pet Limits
One pet per room is allowed, with a maximum height of 60 cm (2 ft) or weight of 10 kg. Only domestic cats are permitted.
Diapers
Pets must wear diapers at all times, including within guest rooms.
Pet Supplies
Guests are responsible for bringing the following items for their pets:
- Vaccination record
- Food and vitamins
- Leash
- Stroller/carrier
- Toys
- Disposable waste bags
- Towels
- Diapers
For cats, guests must also provide a litter box.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
Pet owners must maintain their pets’ cleanliness and hygiene throughout their stay.
Unattended Pets
Pets should not be left unattended. Pets left for more than 24 hours will be considered abandoned and reported to the authorities. Any costs, losses, or damages resulting from this action will be the guest’s responsibility.
Use of Property Items
Property items such as towels and linens are strictly for human use. Any use of hotel linens for pets will incur additional charges. Damaged or stained items will also incur charges.
Housekeeping and Room Service
During housekeeping or room service, pets should either be removed from the room or leashed to prevent disruption.
Waste Disposal
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of waste in designated areas.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of PHP 2,000 per night will be required upon check-in, in addition to the standard guest deposit fee. This deposit covers any damages, including but not limited to stained bedding, carpets, or linens; scratches on furniture or flooring; infestations; extra cleaning; and lost revenue while the unit is out of service due to necessary repairs.
Responsibility for Damages
Pet owners are fully liable for any personal injuries or property damages caused by their pets and should promptly report any such incidents to the hotel. This includes any claims, fines, penalties, or costs incurred as a result of pet-related damage.
Compliance and Removal
Pet owners must comply with the Pet-Friendly Policy and all other hotel rules. Mamaya Villas reserves the right to require room changes, removal of the pet from the property, or to refuse/discontinue service without refund if a pet is deemed dangerous, disruptive, or damaging to property.
Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mamaya Villas, its owners, and employees from any liability, claims, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from any injury or property damage attributed to their pet.
