The most convenient way to reach El Nido is by flying directly into El Nido Airport (Lio Airport). AirSWIFT operates flights from Manila, Cebu, and other locations in the Philippines to El Nido. The flight duration is approximately one hour. Upon arrival, the town proper is about 4 kilometers away, and transportation options like tricycles are available for transfer.

Alternativelly into Puerto Princesa International Airport via airlines such as Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines, or AirAsia. From Puerto Princesa, El Nido is accessible by land.

By Land

From Puerto Princesa, travelers can choose between vans and buses to reach El Nido:
